| Ogallala's Boot Hill was a cemetery from the 1850's to the 1880's. Cowboys, settlers, and drifters came through when the railroad and the Texas Trail opened a new market for the Texas Longhorn. About 40 people were buried, but today, only unknown or unclaimed remains are buried here.
