| The top of the window is not parallel to the frame. Our local handyman (Mike) and a representative from an expensive window company (Mark), who has done roofing and siding in our home, agreed nothing is really wrong - the plastic in the tracks have warped and twisted, making it appear to be out of whack, but everything is level and true. Nothing wrong here. RRRRiiiiiggghhhhttt.
