Andrew, Jing, Zhu Yu, and Brenda at the Hot Pot restaurant, where we had numerous dishes including lamb, meat balls, sweet potato noodles, frozen tofu, kelp, mandarin duck eggs, bamboo roots, duck blood, cauliflower, potato, oyster mushrooms, fish balls, greens of lettuce and cilantro, and eel, all washed down with beer and Sprite.
